Chaim has over 10 years of experience in the ABA field, beginning his career as a Behavior Technician and advancing into administrative and operational leadership roles. With an MSW and a background in psychology, he blends clinical understanding with organizational strategy to guide the company's vision and growth. Chaim is dedicated to creating a culture of high standards, strong ethics, and exceptional service for the families supported throughout New Jersey and beyond.
