With an MSW and a background in psychology, he blends clinical understanding with organizational strategy to guide the company’s vision and growth. Mordechai Leifer
BCBA, LBA – Clinical Director
Mordechai brings many years of experience in the ABA field as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has extensive expertise supervising clinical teams, developing high-quality treatment plans, and mentoring emerging BCBAs. Mordechai has trained numerous student BCBAs through personalized, hands-on guidance, ensuring they develop strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and practical skills. His leadership style emphasizes excellence, clarity, and compassionate client-centered care.

Director of Human Resources
Samantha has years of HR experience specializing in recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing ABA teams. She has a strong track record of identifying top talent and pairing the right staff with the right families to ensure long-term success. Samantha is known for her keen intuition, thoughtful matching process, and commitment to building a supportive, reliable, and skilled workforce.
Intake Specialists
From your very first call to your child's first session, our intake team is there for you. They'll guide you through paperwork, verify your insurance, and make sure you're ready to start care as soon as possible.
Case Managers
Your case manager is your go-to support throughout your child’s treatment. They’re the one coordinating schedules, tracking your child's progress, and making sure therapy stays on track – so you can focus on your child’s development, not logistics.
Clinicians
We handpick our therapists for their remarkable warmth, patience, and proven clinical expertise. BCBAs create your child’s plan of care, supervise every session, adjust strategies as your child grows, and ensure the highest standard of care. RBTs work directly with your child, patiently and carefully, helping them build the skills they’ll need to thrive.
Human Resources
Our HR team’s job is to ensure every therapist who works with you meets our exacting standards. They handle recruiting, training, and ongoing support, and equips your child's RBT with the tools and resources they need to deliver expert care.
QA & Insurance Compliance
