Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What you’ll do:
- Creating treatment plans
- Supervising RBTs
- Consulting with families
- Helping our kids make real progress
What you’ll get:

What you need:
- Current BCBA certification
- Prior experience with kids ages 2-21 dealing with ASD
- Good communication skills
- Passion, commitment, and warmth
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
What you’ll do:
- Working hands-on with children
- Creating and tracking progress
- Celebrating breakthroughs
What you’ll get:
- Warm and supportive BCBA supervision
- Training that prepares you to hit the ground running

What you need:
- Prior experience working with children
- Good communication skills
- A drive to make a difference
- An RBT certification is a plus, but not required
